Equal and common 2.0: Civic Proposals for Electoral Reform

Thanks to this project, we have prepared a new edition of the document titled "Equal and Common: Civic Proposals for Changes to Electoral Law," developed by a coalition of experts from civil society organizations belonging to the "Election Group". This update was drafted based—among other factors—on lessons learned from the 2025 presidential elections, and it aims to formulate practical recommendations regarding the transparency, accessibility, and equality of the electoral process. The grant funding covered the work of the expert team, text editing and proofreading, publication typesetting, and printing. The document is currently being disseminated among public institutions (the National Electoral Commission/National Electoral Office, government ministries, and Parliament), political parties, academics, and civil society organizations, serving as a tool to support the debate on the future direction of electoral law reform in Poland.
